Sara Ahmer is an art educator, designer, and researcher with over 20 years of experience in education. As Head of the Art & Design Department at Aitchison College, she has redefined art education by integrating digital technology in the curriculum and transforming the studio into a dynamic space for cross-disciplinary exploration and creative risk-taking. She is the founder of the school’s renowned Art & Performing Arts Festival and has curated several prominent art and media exhibitions. Her ongoing action research focuses on Generative AI-powered adaptive lessons that address diverse learning needs and promote inclusivity in education impacting over 3500 learners. Sara also serves as a Cambridge Assessment Specialist and Examiner, deepening her commitment to equitable assessment practices and teacher development.
