About this Course

In this course, participants will take a deep dive into the field of Brand Management and examine real-world business cases to develop core concepts. Course Outline

Week 1
Introduction
This week, you will discover the philosophy behind brand management, strategy and conceptualisation. You will be introduced to several definitions, trends, opportunities and challenges at play in branding.
Week 2
Positioning and Digital Branding
This week will cover Brand Positioning and the strategies, on-ground and digital, employed by brands to situate them in their customer’s lives. You will also learn about customer-based brand equity models and study several brands’ positioning strategies.
Week 3
Architectural Models
This week will be all about Brand Architecture and creating the BAT model – the organism of services your brand provides to its customers. With the aid of these tools, you will be able define your brand’s unique identity.
Week 4
Executions in Brands
This week, with the help of several intriguing case studies, you will get into the nitty-gritties of structuring and executing a brand strategy. You will discover best practices as well as areas to avoid for a successful campaign.
Week 5
Real World Cases
This week will discuss the failures of some of the world’s top brands as well the strategies they deployed to move out of uncomfortable situations and into resounding success.
Week 6
Digital Realm
In our last week, you will receive an overarching view of how Brand Strategies are mapped onto digital mediums as well as the opportunities and shortcomings mediums such as Facebook, TikTok and Instagram offer.
