- Project-Based Learning
This course will introduce K-8 educators to the methodology of Project-Based Learning (PBL), an engaging, student-centered approach that empowers students to learn by solving real-world, open-ended problems. Through this course, teachers will explore how PBL fosters critical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, and self-directed learning—skills essential for the 21st-century workforce. Educators will learn how to design and implement PBL in their classrooms, integrating interdisciplinary knowledge and guiding students through hands-on projects that connect classroom learning to real-world challenges. By the end of the course, teachers will be equipped with the tools and strategies to create a dynamic learning environment that promotes deeper engagement, creativity, and problem-solving in their students.
