Mudassar Hussain brings over 24 years of experience in the banking industry, with a proven record of leading diversity, innovation, transformation, and organizational turnaround initiatives.
He currently serves as Group Head of Learning & Development at one of Pakistan’s largest banks, where he plays a strategic role in driving the institution’s transformation through a forward-looking HR and learning agenda.
Since 2001, Mr. Hussain has trained over 15,000 professionals across more than 20 cities in Pakistan. His training sessions and keynote addresses have drawn participants from over 12 countries. He was recognized in the MCB Bank Ltd. Honor Roll (2004) for his outstanding contributions to professional development within the banking sector.
