Azma Humayun has been part of the education sector since 2011, beginning her journey as a Fellow in Teach For Pakistan’s inaugural cohort. During her fellowship, she taught middle school mathematics and science in an under-resourced community in Karachi. In 2015, Azma joined The Citizens Foundation as a coach, where she developed principals’ problem-solving skills to drive better educational outcomes. In 2017, she transitioned to an instructional design role in the Academics department, leading the team as Senior Manager before becoming Head of Department in 2022.
