Dr. Ihsan Ayyub Qazi is a Full Professor of Computer Science at LUMS and the Director of LUMSx. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh (2010) and has been a Visiting Research Scientist at UC Berkeley (2017). His work has been supported by leading organizations including Google, Meta/Facebook, The World Bank Group, HEC, Ignite, and Safe Online. Dr. Ihsan has received several prestigious awards, including the Google Faculty Research Award, three Facebook Integrity Foundational Research Awards, and the Google exploreCSR Award.
